If you like small classes with no more than four to six people in your class as well as easy to follow choreography, these classes are for you. Your instructor will get to know you personally and will adjust the program according to your fitness level.
Our classes are geared towards the un-fit and out-of-shape overweight and obese, elderly and/or people with physical limitations, as well as the common person who just likes to work out in a private environment.

Hatha Yoga

Learn the "Sun Salutation" and other basic Yoga Poses. The focus is on relaxation and breathing as you are guided through a series of poses. Excellent for strength and balance development.

Circuit Conditioning     

Work at your own intensity in this fun but challenging circuit. A great workout that conditions your muscular endurance.

Swimming Dragon:

Qigong movements, It is an ancient chinese energy routine that builds and stores vital chi (energy) in the body. It is a graceful dance-like routine that can improve health and enhance physical appearance. Fun and energizing, yet also relaxing.

High energy and fun aerobic exercises. Join the exciting new wave of exercising to hot latin music. Low impact, great calorie burn and FUN!

This class uses basic resistance training equipment, including light weights, tubing and bands to improve overall balance, flexibility and strength

Learn to strengthen your core and tone muscles with the use of Pilates movements.

Kettlebells:

Light weight kettlebells for women who have not yet had a chance to experience a great workout that originated in Russia. A strength and cardio conditioning training that cuts your workout time in half.

Registration by Mail:

Send check or money order to Unique Fitness, 35 Quaker Lane, West Warwick, RI 02893 and write Course/Session Number on check.

                                                                                              
Note: Enrollment is on a “first come – first serve” basis.

Refund Information:
If you can not attend a course as planned, you may receive a credit for a future Unique Fitness (UF) class. Notification needs to be received by UF in writing at least 3 days prior to the first class. If, for any reason, UF cancels the event, you will receive a complete refund. Classes are subject to minimum enrollment.
