ClassSchedule
If
you like small classes with no more than four to six people in your class as
well as easy to follow choreography, these classes are for you. Your instructor
will get to know you personally and will adjust the program according to your
fitness level.
Our classes are geared towards the un-fit and out-of-shape overweight and obese,
elderly and/or people with physical limitations, as well as the common person who
just likes to work out in a private environment.

Note: Enrollment is on a “first come – first serve” basis.
Refund Information:
If you can not attend a course as planned, you may receive a credit for a future
Unique Fitness (UF) class. Notification needs to be received by UF in writing at
least 3 days prior to the first class. If, for any reason, UF cancels the event,
you will receive a complete refund. Classes are subject to minimum enrollment.
