How do I know that I am not overeating?

The first thing you need to do is to keep a log of everything you are eating on a daily basis. We have the tools to analyze this information, provide you with a printout with a complete breakdown of the nutrients in your food and suggestions of how to safely and effectively modify your food intake. We do not sell and therefore will not force any diets or supplements on you!

I don't want to "bulk up" like a body builder. Isn't Personal Training just about that?

As a matter of fact it is not! Personal Training is helping individuals to achieve certain 'individual' goals. Your goal might be to lose weight, tone up, become more flexible or to train toward a specific sports oriented goal, such as speed, agility or balance. Our training center and programs are designed to take your specific goals into consideration and to provide you with the tools and expertise of our staff to achieve them safely.

What do I get at Unique Fitness that I won't get at a regular Gym?

Expert advise and individual guidance! If you are lucky you may get an introductory session at a gym about how to use the equipment. After that you are on your own. Nobody will tell you what you are doing wrong, how to do it right and effectively, and how it fits with what you are trying to achieve. At Unique Fitness you have one-on-one attention working towards 'your' goals and objectives. We will guide you and teach you how to do the exercise routines anatomically correct without getting hurt and with the most effective results.

Can I afford it?

That depends on your  financial situation and more importantly on your mindset. Unique Fitness has an emphasis on keeping the cost for our clients as low as possible and we encourage our potential clientele to shop around. Our pricing is more than competitive and we believe that your overall wellbeing doesn't need to suffer because of overpriced competition. Our staff is comprised of the best within the fitness industry.

Can I do it?

Yes you can! There is a certain part of discipline involved but that can be taught and that is exactly what we are here for. Having a membership at the gym may not do it for you. Most people have good intentions about going to the gym everyday but can not keep up with it. Our main objective is to help you to overcome your barriers and to lead and guide you toward a healthier and more rewarding lifestyle.
