Our Facility

Unique Fitness, LLC. is a private 'by appointment only' gym and is equipped with brand new, state-of-the-art fitness equipment. Our 1900 sq.ft. facility features PRECOR Functional Trainer, Smith machine, multi-station strength equipment and free weights in a climate controlled atmosphere.  We offer separate male/female changing rooms.

For your cardio workout we offer a full line of PRECOR® and LIFE FITNESS® cardio equipment for your personal and warm-up workout. Our list of cardio workout stations includes treadmills, elliptical trainer and recumbent bike, all equipped with heart rate monitors.

A special area is set aside for Yoga, Pilates, Functional and Sports Specific Training, Stretching as well as other Specialty Classes. This portion of the facility is padded with a special rubberized flooring to absorb shock during high intensity impact classes and to provide warmth, insulation and comfort during Yoga, Stretching and other Specialty Classes. Fully equipped with steps, balls, bands and BOSU, our clients always enjoy a spotless, non-intimidating environment.
