Specialty Group Exercise Classes

 

Presently, Unique Fitness is featuring a variety of Specialty Classes:

Stretch & Flex

Gentle stretches for the whole body to increase flexibility and mobility. Seniors welcome!

Kickboxing and Bosu

Simple Kickboxing moves provide a base for a good sweat and weight loss. Bosu training for strength, balance and conditioning for beginners.

Body Sculpt

This class uses basic resistance training equipment, including light weights, tubing and bands to improve overall balance, flexibility and strength

 

 

Healthy Back & Abs

Gentle stretches and strengthening of the core muscles. Great for releasing chronic back pain.

 

Why Should You Take It at Unique Fitness?

If you like small classes with no more than six (6) people in a class as well as easy-to-follow choreography, these classes are for you. Your instructor will get to know you personally and will adjust the program based on your fitness level. Small group classes will encourage you to socially interact with other participants. This will help you to eliminate social anxiety and make you feel comfortable and confident while exercising.
