Massage Therapy

Cancellation Policy

  • We request the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice. Cancelled appointments need to be rescheduled and fulfilled within the originally specified time period (usually 1 week for single sessions, 3 months for  a series/package of 3 massages. 6 months for a series/package of 6 massages and 1 year for a series/package of 12 sessions).
  • Cancellations within less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged a $30 fee.
  • 'No Show/No Call' will be charged 50% of the full amount of your scheduled treatment session.

Series/Package Cancellations:

  • For a series of 3 massages:             In the event that the designated massage recipient can not complete all 3 massages and requests a refund (request to be made prior to the expiration date), we will apply current 'single session' pricing towards any any taken session and will only refund the remaining balance.
  • For a series of 6 or 12 massages:      No money refunds. These sessions are transferable. In the event that you can not or wish not to complete all sessions prior to the expiration date, you may request 'vouchers' for uncompleted massages to give to somebody else.

Late Arrivals:

  • We regret that late arrivals (in general) will not receive time extensions. At the sole discretion of your massage therapist and his/her time schedule, an extension may be granted. In either case, you will be responsible for the full payment of your booked session.

Discounts, Coupons & Vouchers

  • Discounts, coupons and vouchers cannot be combined.
  • One (1) discount/coupon/ voucher per person per appointment.
  • Once you make your appointment based on a gift certificate, coupon or voucher by phone, internet or online booking, you will or may be asked to provide your certificate/voucher number (if not accessible online). If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, the certificate/voucher number will be "void" and can not be used for future purposes.

Massage Etiquette:

  • Our Massage Therapists will not tolerate any inappropriate language, conduct or behavior
  • If behavior or language is deemed inappropriate, treatment will be ended immediately and client will be responsible for full payment of the booked treatment.

 

Specialty Classes

Cancellation Policy

  • All classes are subject to minimum enrollment and may be cancelled if enrolled participant level is less than two (2).
  • No money refunds
  • Payments may be applied toward future classes once signed up (if based on a documented medical excuse with anticipated date to resume activities that extends beyond one month).
  • We will grant a 4 week extension for all clients who signed up for a three month class and a six week extension to all clients who signed up for a six month class upon timely receipt of a doctor's note that stipulates/prescribes "no exercise for at least 4 weeks".
  • If you miss a class because of personal reasons, you have the option to take other classes offered by Unique Fitness LLC. (during that time) within the time of your 3-month or 6-month contract.

Loyalty Program

  • Once you sign up, you will keep your price for any future extensions as long as you continuously renew and pay for your classes on time.

Personal Training

Cancellation Policy

  • We request the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice. Cancelled appointments need to be rescheduled and fulfilled within the originally specified time period (usually 3 months for a 3 month contract and six months for a 6 month contract). Check your "expiration date" on the time sheet provided.
  • Cancellations within less than 24 hours if caused by an emergency, such as sudden illness or death of a family member will be treated as mentioned above.
  • Payments may be applied toward future training sessions once signed up (if based on a documented medical excuse with anticipated date to resume activities that extend beyond one month).
  • We will grant a 4 week extension for all clients who signed up for a three or six month contract upon timely receipt of a doctor's note that stipulates/prescribes "no exercise for at least 4 weeks".
  • 'No Show/No Call' will be charged the full amount of your scheduled training session.

Loyalty Program

  • Once you sign up, you will keep your price for any future extensions as long as you continuously renew and pay for your Personal Training sessions on time.
